The much anticipated fourth release of the Reebok x Eames Office partnership has arrived! These heritage court-inspired shoes represent a continuation of the landmark collaboration between the Eames Office and Reebok. The rebellious spirit and optimism of the Classic Leather series shoes perfectly complement the Eames Office’s design vision.
Draped in a custom-developed leather that has been painstakingly patterned to mimic the texture of Fiberglass, the Reebok x Eames Classic Leather Fiberglass Pack’s monotone uppers sit elegantly atop the shoes’ crisp natural rubber two-piece midsole. The Parchment and Sea Foam Green colorways are two of the earliest Eames Molded Fiberglass Chair color options offered when the range debuted in 1950. The Pink color dates from 1968 when more vivid hues appeared in the line.
The insoles feature a 16mm print from our archives, taken from the set of the 1960 film Kaleidoscope Jazz Chair. The traditional Classic Leather window box branding is replaced with a debossed ‘Eames’ signature that mirrors the authentication branding that can be found on the underside of all Eames furniture. Each shoe also comes with a collectible keychain of an Eames DAX in the same color.
To further refine your style the shoes come with matching, black, or white laces.
