Toys & Activities

In the 1950s, Charles and Ray wanted to provide their grandchildren and family friends with toys and activities. First came the toy masks in 1950, then The Toy in 1951. In 1952, the first deck of House of Cards was produced. In 2007, to mark the centennial of Charles Eames’ birth, Eames Office partnered with Vitra to bring the then-prototyped molded plywood Eames Elephant to life. All the Eames Office toys are, at their core, tools of inspiration and creativity to help children and adults alike dream big and have fun.
