Most of this chairs depicted in this beautiful 1959 Herman Miller brochure were designed by the Eames Office.

The two exceptions are George Nelson's DAA and DAF fiberglass chairs.

It's interesting to see that by 1959 the Eames Office's "contract" base had become the standard "cast aluminum base" for chairs (reference the PSC) and the original "cast aluminum base" made for chairs has by 1959 been adapted to use for tables, see page three of the pdf. Eventually that particular cast aluminum base will only appear on the bottom of Eames 670 and 671 lounge chairs and ottomans.
