Louvre Slide Show

Louvre is a 75-image, 3-screen (25-pass) slideshow that the Eameses created specifically for the second of six Norton Lectures delivered at Harvard University.

To make this slideshow, they gleaned content from Excellence and G.E.M., two of their earlier presentations for IBM and the Smithsonian Institution.

Charles Eames used Louvre to illustrate the cultivation of enthusiasms and affections and to encourage respect for “things” in themselves as an integral part of life and work.
