In conjunction with the opening of the exhibition Charles and Ray Eames, join the Bildmuseet on Saturday afternoon for public lectures on the legacy of the Eames pioneering design and collaborative work.a lecture and conversation about the legacy of the design duo’s pioneering work by one of the world’s leading Eames-scholars, Pat Kirkham, Professor of Design History, Kingston University, London, and Professor Emerita, Bard Graduate Center, New York. In addition, meet Eames Demetrios, Director of Eames Office and grandson of Charles and Ray Eames, and Catherine Ince, Curator of the exhibition The World of Charles and Ray Eames.
