In conjunction with the internationally-traveling exhibition, The World of Charles and Ray Eames, join The Henry Ford for an evening of festivities, including cocktails, special guests, presentations, and a visit through the exhibition.
Andy Cruz, House Industries
Andy Cruz returns to Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation to share the design journey House Industries and the Eames Office have taken to explore artwork, fonts, prototyping, toys, and even some furniture.
“Design is a willingness to surrender to a journey. You often hear about ‘design driven’ companies, but most of them that want to license the Eames name are thinking of it as an acquisition for their collection of brands. Every once in a while, you encounter a company like House Industries who is willing to go on that journey and grow our brand as well as theirs.”
– Eames Demetrios, grandson of Charles and Ray Eames and Director of Eames Office
In addition to numerous giveaways, one lucky guest will leave with a rare House Industries x Eames x Herman Miller prototype.
